I am a PMP-certified IT project manager, technical architect, and senior-level software engineer as well as an alumni of Rutgers University with over 22 years of experience. I got my start in IT through a small, entry-level internship in 1997-1998. My software development skills are all self-taught. I earned two B.A. degrees in History and English with honors, Dean's List, etc.

I specialize in project management, hands-on software engineering, business analysis, application security, data architecture, systems integration, mass deployments, team leadership, salvaging troubled projects, and technical architecture. In many of my past projects, I have filled multiple roles simultaneously, and easily move from one role to another based on the team's or organization's evolving needs. Some of my technical areas of specialty include, but are not limited to: Java, Python, PHP, multiple database platforms (Oracle, SQL, Sybase, Informix, MySQL), JavaScript (JQuery, Bootstrap, etc), Web Services/Microservices (Rest/SOAP), PL/SQL, Wireless, IoT, Linux/Unix, reverse engineering, and troubleshooting.

I enjoy cooking, grilling, pets, and tackling new challenges and adventures, technical or otherwise.
