LATEST NEWS [8/18/2004]: IceWMCP version 3.2 is now available. This release patches bugs that many users of Python 2.3 experienced. Support has been added for the latest features of IceWM 1.2.14 / 1.2.15. A French translation has been added, and the Russian translation has been updated. The IceMe menu editor now saves non-English characters in the menu file correctly. ONE OF IceWMCP's NEW TOOLS! Users can now easily check for newer versions of IceWM Control Panel with the click of a mouse button. Simply click 'File' -> 'Check for newer versions of this software...' on any IceWM Control Panel menu, and your current version of IceWMCP is compared to the newest available version of IceWMCP. In addition, a download link is provided for you, which you can quickly copy and paste into any web browser of your choice. NO, this is not 'spyware' or forced update checking. IceWM Control Panel only checks for software updates when YOU tell it to, or when you attempt to send a bug report through the internal bug reporting module. This is to prevent users from sending 'bug reports' on old, out-dated versions of the software when upgrades are already available.
